Learn the theory and practice of clinical research with experts

This course is intended for clinicians, academicians, trainees, and students who intend to conduct clinical research. The course is made in a simple way so that it is comprehensible for everyone. The course focuses on research designs and the relevant statistics that are applicable to surgical research.  The course is divided into three modules to be completed in 12 months duration. The course focuses on the practical aspect of research rather than the theory, however at the same time a good background of underlying theoretical perspectives has been given.

Mode: Online (both synchronous and asynchronous learning contents on LMS) The modules comprise of self-paced learning contents and 2 synchronous contacts sessions of 01 hours scheduled on 2 alternate Sundays per month. 

Asynchronous sessions will be hosted on the Learning Management System and will comprise of animated videos, useful links, resources, search engines, pictorial presentations and discussions. Average weekly minimum 4-6 hours’ time commitment required from the course participants. Timings of Synchronous sessions: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (PST) (two alternative Sundays per month) via Zoom: 

 Course Fee: PKR Rs.150,000/-

Duration: 12 months

Certificate: Successful candidates will be given certificates, awarded by Health Services Academy (HSA), Pakistan.
